Being stuck in bed for nearly eight months, I had time to study many foods and food ingredients. Every food item in the grocery store is designed to be made for the least amount of raw materials and sold for the most profit. Very little of it is designed for health. Eating preservatives preserve YOUR BODY.
If you are ill, you need to become your own advocate for health. Study your favorite foods and find ways to tweak your diet to avoid harmful fillers, preservatives, and practices in the commercial food industry.
